After installing Michiba 5000k bulbs in my low and high beams, I get a left and right parking light failure. Is this supposed to happen? I thought these bulbs should be error free as they should be identical to OEM. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
do you have HID bulbs? 5000K? low beams? your high/low should be one bulb if you have HID I would think.
I've had a pair of Eurodesignz 8000k in the headlights one bulb for high/low and then i have a separate HID kit for fogs. No problems for a few years. Occasionaly the fog throws an error but it's not real. It goes away quickly after i turn it on.

Have you checked your turn signals? or is it the eyebrows? I have HID's, but when I was messing with the headlight assembly putting in the MTEC V2's my turn signals blew out because they were old and handling the assembly caused the filaments to shatter. So its not likely the new bulbs but the installation process that could have caused problems. Turn signal bulbs are really cheap.

Turn signals still work fine. If iDrive tells me parking lights failure i suppose it is refering to the normal headlight bulbs that are on when i turn the lights on right?
