Is it true that if the E60 Headlamp is exposed to 5000k bulbs, over time the headlamp will turn yellowish? I had the normal OEM yellow bulb and only recently decided to change to Michiba 5000k bulbs and a friend warned me that using the same bulbs his headlamp started turning yellowish over time.

Do you mean the bulb itself is more yellowish hue or the lens on the headlight cover is turning yellow?
If it is the bulb, I'd say you are probably nearing needing new bulbs. If it is the cover, buy a headlight repair kit and "clean it up"

I was told the headlight cover starts turning yellow.... and I would like to know if anyone has experienced this. Would the headlight repair kit remove the 'yellow' form the headlight outside cover?

I don't believe I've heard or seen anything like that...using 5000k bulb would turn the headlight cover to yellow??

Never heard of this either. In any case I will not say it's not true for this specific plastic. I've never seen it happen on any care with those cheap colored bulbs. However I have seen it happen from the sun and/or oxidation. There's a DIY to restore lenses here. The at home or professional way. However, if this is true..yellowing that is...it's most likely coming from the inside of the lens and there's no cure.
