Gents-

If you get your headers re-done what other things do you suggest being changed seeing how the engine already apart? Is it really worth doing on a 2004 545 w/80K? Please chime in and let me know your thoughts and thoughts on how much something like this might cost?

Headers are a waste of time and money unless you have a full aftermarket cat-back exhaust to go with it.

The only other thing I'd consider would be to replace the O2 sensor.

If you are starting from scratch - I'd think parts and labor would set you back at least 2k, probably more.
