There's a 330i in that color at work and it looks more brown than red - almost like a Terracotta. It would be a hard color to match a nice interior color to - unless you like beige and beige carpets which will not last clean very long. The Auburn would be just too orange with the red car.

The Chiaretto red looks to me as if there was a veil across it, a bit misty. Well, I don't really know how to describe it.
