My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Read the stats, man. Austria even got rid of DRL after the accident rate significantly increased when they tried it. Now it's back to ormal!!!

In Moscow much hasnt changed to those who run fast cars still run fast...
"Medvedev, acknowledged that thousands still died needlessly in traffic accidents. Speeding and overtaking into oncoming traffic is common on Russia's congested roads, which officials concede are some of the most dangerous in Europe."
On such roads its hazardous to run without lights during the day!
"So far this year, there have been 168,000 traffic accidents in Russia, killing 21,300 and injuring 212,500 people, according to government statistics."
Caugh caugh now this is a place where you can gather REAL statistics!
Edit: Sorry I was too wicked when replying that I didnt even read through all the article I posted above here are some more glimps of
"Last year, 30,000 people died on Russia's roads and though the headline figure is improving it has not changed as much as we would have liked," Medvedev said.
Russia's chief traffic policeman, Vitaly Kiryanov, said that the number of deaths on the country's roads had been reduced by focusing on simple measures such as discouraging drink driving.

Is there a way to have the fog light come on all the time?
My old 2003 530i would stay on all the time.

Robert, I think you might have two options. 1) Flash the Computer to turn it on as a DayTime Running or Use a relay Harness on the fogs with a Switch
That's just me opinion
