I've taken my car to 140 mph several times already and no noises at all.
Heck my car doesn't even feel like its going that fast at that speed.

C, when I am going between 130 and 135 I also get a sound, but it's from those flashing lights and the siren as it gets louder and louder. Then it's all very quiet as I sign my name on the ticket.
