A way not to lose weight is to do everything on that list and then add 150 pounds of sound system.

When I see this thread subject title, I know for sure that Znod will involve.
Here are some experts per subject on this forum:
1. Performance number 0-60, weight reduction, etc - Znod
2. Tire and wheel - olli_535d
3. G-timer - vegastrashed
4. Cosmetic aftermarket mod - EuroCarFan
5. Internet security, BMW repair instruction - Rudy
6. New facelift, new model year - E60Speed

That's all I know for now
I would add grogan545 and Znod--Straight-line performance and g-meters. This stuff will give serious headaches too. Also, no one even comes remotely close to grogan545 on actual drag-strip experience.

Don't forget to remove the owners manual and all your CDs. Empty fast-food containers should also be shoveled out of the foot wells.
This is getting so hilarious....

The most important mod for the most E60 driver I know to lower the rides weight, I suggest to make some diet.

That does more than the most tipps before.

So true...why on earth would one bother to do all the things above when he alone weighs +200pounds

PS OFFTOPIC: Did i mention that it's a fact that i can't find the lateral support needed in any bmw model? (Except maybe csl or any other super hardcore bmw). I tried in the M5 M multifunction seats in the most hugging settings and still not satisfied, also the seats from the Z4 M coupe didn't do exactly like i wanted. Ohhh and my sport seats are probably for those people with more than 200pounds. What on earth is that all about? What's the matter with bmw and their perception of sports seats (sports people aka rather fit people).

Because he wants to go as fast a possible in a straight line, on a given day, given his extant weight. Fewer auto pounds can win races regardless of one's weight.

Take a crap before you drive.

That ought to knock the weight down a pound or two, depending on what you had for dinner.

LOL! I almost said the same thing. Take a leak and dump before you get in. Oh, and tell your GF her implants aren't allowed in your car either.
