Damped steering wheel and seats? Too much like the golfer with the wobbly rubber golf stick. You'll end up driving like Bozo the clown. I don't think so.

Don't be a style victim - try the 16in wheels with real tyres.
Puts the compliance back in and handles better over real roads!

Didn't the 16" non-RF get dropped in the recent revisions?

The 16" wheels were never fitted with RF's! Always had a spare and jack from Sept 03

Brillliant. Never thought of the spring as additional damping. You must have gulped an additional few in between posts to come up with that one. Excellent. I really think you are gonna go places. Like the Betty Ford clinic.

Your new avtar...

That's one thing about my current 525. It hast the smaller tires 16x7 non sport and no RF. But boy! that machine is confortable. I love to takes bumps. It feels like magic.

It feels very confortable in any roads condition. And when having the windows up..you can the MUTE sounds. That is how good that car is.

But then comes my upcoming 525 with sport pkg and runflat. It is not with me yet but I can imagine hearing the hummm...and feeling every single little bumps on the roads
