So I'm pulling up to a stop light this morning, it's been raining heavily and the roads are a little slippy. Two lane road, and there's a old minivan - probably 10 years plus - on the inside lane so I move over to the empty lane and ease up to next to him taking pole position in lane 2. The guy looks over and next thing the lights go green, and the guy in the van nails the throttle, he's clearly looking for some action!! Having nailed it on such a slippy road, all he gets, predictably, is endless wheelspin as he tries to "catapult" off the line - but with all the spin he's literally moving forward at walking pace! Nearly p!ssed myself laughing as I gently pulled out and passed him by. Wasn't the end of it either, once he got up to speed he tried to catch up, and we both merged on to the freeway - he's still trying to hunt me down!! Unbelievable!! So not a kill for the archives but it was just hilarious!

Love egging on sports cars / sports sedans in the wife?s minivan?I mean who in their right mind driving a performance car would let someone in a minivan get under their skin? Answer: a lot of people here in socal?I never race but if we are both stopped at the line it usually only takes me rolling forward a couple feet?to get someone to bolt from the line?it?s Hilarious / Lots of fragile egos out there!
Swajames-
From your description of events?doesn?t sound like you are one of those types?so don?t think I?m talking about you specifically with my comments; I?m not / Your post just brought something to mind that I thought I would share

Surprised to see you still posting. I IM'ed you a few months back asking where you got your paint and installation done for $1100. I called them and was told that they no longer will do any more e60 body kits and the guy that did yours left. How is your e500 treating you?

My Ride: An 1994 Ashamed-Mobile Partially Loaded, Leather. Radioless, Heatless, Gas-needleless.
That story was hillarious, it also reminded me of something stupid I did once. The ony difference is that I knew that I was being stupid. I'm driving our official company shuttle vehicle, a Fiat Ducato 9 PAX Van. I was on the A1 here in Italy, one early morning and I approach a Lamborghini. I knew this Lambo could easily blow me out of the water, So I said what the he!!. I flashed him once, he didnt move a hair. I flashed him twice the second time, still no repsonse. I flashed him with the steady stream on the third go round. And boy did he move. As he flew up the A1 the cars around him parted like the red sea. It was amazing. I knew he wouldnt move for a Big 9PAX Fiat. But it was fun to say I flashed him.
Ciao.
