We are getting a dumping of snow right now in the prairies as well, I wish I would have bought the dunlop 3D's again but I decided to go with the pirelli's and they are not anywhere close to as good as the dunlops on the ice. The prielli's are nice in the snow though.
pretty treacherous here in NYC.
my goodyears suck azz. i was stopped at a red light on a slight uphill and when it turned green, i pressed the gas and it wouldnt move, DTC was going nuts, and..... nothing happened. the road was pretty much all ice. so i turned off the DTC and burned out.
thats the first time thats ever happened to me.

My Nokians are great on snow and ice but they are too soft on the "winter normal" wet surface.
My cars torque (350 Nm) is too much for them and the DSC keeps getting on.

My Dunlop 3D's are handling great in this snow. I still have to break it in though, have about 200 miles before fully broken in tires. but so far so good, was on the highway and streets / uphills was no problem.

My car is amazing in the snow. The Blizzaks are the best snow tires out there, period! I'm watching people slip and slide all over the place and my car is going up and down hills and around turns like it's dry out.
