Grinding, Rubbing noises when turning and accelerating

Replaced the tensioner pulley and belt on my 528 at 92,000 miles just two weeks ago. Had the car in for CPO maintenance work and the tech found the belt riding off the tensioner.

After finally having the time to bring my car this week, my Indy found that the belt tensioner for the alternator was no good.
Unfortunately however, that still did not solve the whining noise that I keep hearing.
He told me everything is good, all the pulleys, belts, tensioners, and such. It seems to me that he cant even find what the source of the noise is.
I am not sure what else can be causing the noise. If I put the radio on I wont hear it, but I know that its still there.
Any other suggestions??

If the noise is not coming from the engine bay it is most likely that it's one of the wheel bearings, only other thing I can think of is maybe the brake wear sensor is scraping the rotor (this can happen when they are not installed right even if the brake pads are new)

Thanks pjinca.
I will have the bearings checked again and brakes, that could possibly be the issue when I get the noise when turning.
However, the noise is most prominent when accelerating, decelerating. Its coming from the engine bay, it makes the noise if you put it in neutral and park and just rev the engine a bit.
