You have an issue with the headlamps... for me my active headlamp was frozen (the motor malfunctioned) and I needed to replace the entire headlamp assembly
.

For me the entire active headlamp needed replacing(driver side headlamp assembly only)... I think in some cases the stepper motor can be the issue but in most of what I have read and in what I experienced it was the entire active headlamp assembly.

Take a good look at the lights and you should be able to see that one or both have stopped moving and are off center. This could be very annoying for oncoming traffic it it is aimed at them....

Jaycal,

Very, very thank you for your help...

My car is a 530i 2004, maybe the motor its not work.

I'll need go to the Dealer see what happen.

Here in Brazil, everything that you do on Dealer is 8x more expense that in USA. This is so ridiculous !!!!!!

It could be the AHL unit and not the motor. But yes, the blinking green light indicates something is wrong with the adaptive system. If it indeed is a broken motor, depending on where it's stuck/pointing, maybe you can just live with it.

This has happened to me twice now and both times during the winter. both times I had to replace the entire headlight assembly, luckily for me the dealer was nice and covered it both times under my CPO warranty.

it can be simple as a reprogram. There should be several members here around the tristate area selling the modules since they converted to LCI headlights.
