Got a Ticket!

Got two tickets yesterday morning on my way to the hospital. Stupid cop pulled me over for doing 140 km/h in a residential area (50 km/h limit)!
AHAHAH! Just playing. I got pulled over for having tint on my front windows and lucky me, my insurance card in the car was the old one that had recently expired so I got another ticket for invalid insurance. $172 ticket for invalid insurance and $57 for the tint. Exact same thing happened to my friend with the M5 on Friday. Exact same tickets (his temporary insurance card expired 3 days prior to the ticket and he has tint on his front windows as well). Bad way to start of the day.

$57 for the tint is cheap compared to where I live. My friend just got pulled over last week for window tint and his ticket was $!50 plus he had to go to the cop shop to show them that he had removed the tint, otherwise they would suspend his license

Sorry to hear that. It sucks to get pulled over. Not sure how it's in Canade, but in NY the ticket for insurance can be dismissed as long as you show the judge a valid one in court. The one for the tint, I'd just pay it. Less headache.
