So last night, I had to run an errand for the wife. I pulled up at a stop light near my house and noticed what looked to be another bmw approaching me in the rear. I couldn't make out the shape of it so well, but I thought it was a 7 series based on the headlights. When the light turned green, I sped off. The bimmer behind me was lagging behind, so I figured it was some old fart in a 7. All of a sudden, I see him pull up hard, but before he can get behind me, another car gets in between us. I decide to switch lanes at that moment, try and get a better view from my side mirror of what he is driving and then take off again. Well, it turns out, he has the same thoughts. Hahahaha! I was then convinced this 7 series wanted some action, so I played along. Before I know it, I'm gunning it, we're doing 90mph+ down this road near my house and he is catching up to me in a hearbeat. I then pull into the other lane again and we're doing 100mph+ and sure enough, he let's it fly. A 2008 Black M6 just flies right by me. He must have hit 120mph if not more, as I had to slow down and turn at the next light. That car is just sick! I felt like a loser and drove off with my tail between my legs. Hahahaha!

OK, that's my story of me getting my arse handed to me by an M6, not a 7 series.

PS - Please note that I normally do not take part in such childish behavior, but just had the urge last night to have a little fun and the roads were completely empty when this happened.

I actually laid off the gas and gave him a chance. I didn't want to embarras him in his $110K car. I probably could have taken him, but for my safety and his, I let him go.

Don't worry, C. I'll go beat up on a few M5s for you starting with ECF and CoolTones.
