if you got rear ended why not settle w/o insuraces and have the Acura guy fork up the $$$ for ur m-tech bumper, was his fault right?? long term will be less expensive insurance wise.

I agree. It'll save him $$$ in the long run. I got rear ended by a co-worker (my least favorite guy at work , by the way...) and he was more than willing to cover the repair ($670 for a pea sized chip). All I had to do is show him the estimate.

Might as well get the new LED tail lights, exhaust tips, rear spoiler since they are all at the back. Find a auto repair shop that you know well enough to put all into one invoice.

yeah, i hear you but I insisted on a police report and it's a company car of his so i doubt they'll go cash...maybe, but I would imagine his combined bill for my 545i and his Acura will be $6k plus so to me it's not doubt an isurance claim...I would. He 'll need a new hood, front bumper cover, grill, and me a rear cover, muffler trim pieces...

The settlement from the insurance company is usually a monetary one, you can apply it to an M-tech or stock at your discretion! Remember, we want pics when the M-tech is installed! Hopefully it is all buttoned up quickly!
