..as for painting your chrome trim, you can get replacement pieces from BMW for about $250. I'd reccommend it before painting them!

Hey i think you're getting a bumpy ride with your 19's because you're on the worse lowering springs (no offense, this is based on experience). H&R sport springs gives you the lowest drop which results in a bumpy ride. If you upgrade to coilovers then you shouldn't get bumpy even on 20's. Hope this helps.

One of my friends (the owner of Import Image Inc) installed it. I think he did a great job. He is going to paint my trim to black. Some of you said don't paint it but some of you said do.
What do you y'all think I should do? My friend know's what he's doing though. He's done so many mods to many cars.

+1 Painting them is a pain because of the rubber/felt insert that is in the lower trim peices. To do it right, you need to take it out and it bends very easily (plus it is a real pain to get it out). I know because I took mine off and painted it. It was very difficult to get the rubber/felt piece back in. I got it all back together though. I ended up ordering the parts and replacing it with OEM black trim. I wish I would have done that in the first place and saved my Saturday. The trim only takes 30 minutes to change out.
