Nice car, congratulations, I've loved my 545i. Keep in mind that in addition to this price you will have to pay:
tax and registration
transportation costs to you
auction fees of who knows ?? unless you have a dealers license
Also the car is not eligible for an extended warranty/CPO. Your only option is aftermarket.
I only bring this up to remind people that cars at auction are cheaper for a reason. My local dealer is very choosy as to which lease turn-ins he buys and which get sent to auction.
Anyways it's a great car and you got a fair price so enjoy it.
