So, two days before Christmas was a sad sad day for me... I was driving in LA on the way to a business lunch with a client. As I was about to enter an intersection, a giant abomination of a car (Some humongous work van), decided it was a good idea to make a left turn in front of me before I made it through the intersection. Well needless to say he was wrong, and the end result was a head on collision at about 40 mph that concluded in my car being deemed "TOTALED." I wanted to cry after the accident not from fright or pain, but from the sight of my baby in such a tangled mess. Oh well, at least I walked away without a scratch... What more can I ask for?

Anyhow after many deliberations and test drives I have recently acquired a 2011 E63 AMG; I have gone to the dark side.... and I kind of like it

Glad you're okay Chase. Not sure if you know member dbae1978 (David) but he recently got an E63 late last year as well. Looking forward to seeing what you'll do with the new beast.

BTW, any chance you're parting out some of the mods that survived the collision?
