My Ride: '07 530i
my father gave me permission to trade in my modded 5 (45000 miles) for his FULLY loaded black 2008 750Li (11000 miles)
this is a real tough decision...ive done so much with the 5 and spent so long with it...but then the 7 is very nice
any input?

My Ride: '05 545i SMG, 35% Tint, LED Angel Eyes
I have both but I still like my E60 better! E65 is a cruiser and not a hardcore sport sedan (even with the sport package) like the E60s can be. Don't get me wrong, the E65 is NICE but it's not my cup of tea. My wife LOVEs it. She's the only female who I let drive my cars even before we got married. She's enjoys a driver's car and has a heavy foot. 
At the end of the day tho, E65 is balls out gansta and you will have chicks tripping over themselves to get in it! If you aren't already hitched that is.
Go for the E65!
