Getting car back today but can't trust dealer

My Ride: 2004 BMW 525i, Titanium Silver, Black Dakota Interior w/poplar wood trim, Tinted Windows, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Stick-shift, Bluetooth, AUX Input
Just wanted to know... how do you check the I-drive version that's running?? My delaer said that usually they update the versions (if available) when the customer brings in his/her car for problems w/ window anti-trap malfunction and i-drive delay boot-up etc..
