If money was not a factor you would have gotten a much newer BMW. Doesn't matter if this car has a history, any BMW/luxury car you buy will cost you an arm and a leg after the warranty runs out. The problem with your buy besides the obviously too good to be true price, is that you are a first time owner. A BMW with that many miles WILL require a lot of maintenance and since you are not familiar with these cars there will be a very steep learning curve to DIY, or you will pay enormous sums to the dealer or an Indy to keep this car on the road.

BMWs are not for the typical "shade tree mechanic," they actually require technical expertise. You can get a lot of help here and other forums but either way your pocket WILL take a hit if you buy this car. Can't say exactly what to lookout for because everything varies but surely you will encounter issues at this mileage and they won't be cheap. Good luck.
