My Ride: 2004 545i TITANIUM GREY II on Black Dakota Lthr, Comfort Seats, Sports PKG, Premium PKG, Active/Dynamic Drive, NAV, Winter Package.
Is there a way to reduce this gap? Thanks

I know you have a rep M5 bumper, but you could try the same solutions as members with OEM m-tech bumpers regarding fixing the gap

yea the best way to do this is tighten the loops all the way up and then close it and see if it can latch. if it cannot spin it 4 times counter clockwise and try closing again and do this until it closes. once it closes tighten the loops one turn clockwise til the hood does not close. then pop the hood and turn the loops 1 turn counter clockwise and u have found your maximum tightness.
