Gacenote update cd?

Hi,
I discovered the Gracenote database in my 2010 528 of course does not have the latest cd information. I found this information about getting into the service menu and loading the update Gracenote cd.

Does anyone have an idea where I could buy this update cd instead of taking it to the dealer. My dealer is expensive with software updates. Has anyone updated their late model Idrive CIC themselves? Thanks!
