Hello .

I have trouble with my headlight washing system. Does anybody have a fuse map for my 2005 530DAT?

My car recently did a software update, and the washing system for headlights has not been working since. Just want to check the fuses before i go to my BMW dealer.

You can (should) find the fuse map in your trunk close to the tool box.

Yeah i Know. Have that one. I have found the fuse now. My map was in german. The name for headlight washers in german is a "30 letter very difficult word" lol. I can`t even write it lol...

I had my car at BMW a month ago for software update and a CCC change. Today I checked all my fuses, and it turned out that one was missing. I am 100000% sure that it worked before i had my car for troubleshooting at my BMW dealer. So now i am going to call them on Monday and tell them what i think about their troubleshooting procedures.

Scheinwerfer-Waschanlage is the word in German.

Are you running on "auto lights" (switch to the left) or "normal lights" on (switch to far right).

These functions can be programmed.

My headlight washers don't work in the "daylight running mode" if it isn't dark
and otherwise also only at every third windshield wash.

Hello.
Yes I know. In Norway there is a law. You have to use lights during daytime. I have had my lights reprogrammed. Have them in Auto.

But my problem was that BMW had removed some fuses when they were troubleshooting on my idrive a month ago.

Everything is working perfect now.....
