My FTM keeps alerting me that I have a flattire, when indeed I do not. Happened before and I was by the dealer so they checked the air and said it happens sometimes when it is cold. Happened again today, and yes it was cold, but I figured they would have designed a better monitor. Should I take it back to the dealer?

Check pressure in each tire, then Reset it!

Yes, check the pressures and reset. Mine used to go off when one tire was as little as 3-5 psi lower than the rest. The system doesn't tell which tire unfortunately. And if on tire is bordeline low, then the cold weather can reduce the pressure (Yes, I did learn something in physics class!) enough to set it off...
