How much longer usually does the front tires last longer than the rear tires on RWD model?
20%?

I would guess 40-50% depending on the alignment of the car. If the alignment is off tires will wear prematurely and unevenly.

Don't forget that front tires take all the braking and cornering forces, so they're not having a free ride of it. Anyone who leaves the DSC on shouldn't be over-using the rear tires.

My rear tyres are now on 3mm and the fronts are about 5.5mm. I think they start with about 8mm so if that right the rears on mine will wear out about twice as fast as the fronts. My car is launched from the lights a fair bit so the rears may last longer with an easier driver.

I have run my fronts with 3 new sets of rears, thus 300% on my case but I dont spare the tires from the wrath of smoking...

Not that much more... maybe 20% for me... I usually just end up changing them at the same time... ya there's still thread left but I dont like runing new / old tires and then through out the life of the car I'm always on different aged tires. I just change them all at once.

I have had my General Exclaim UHP rears last me nearly 22,000 miles. However, I really feel they are ready to replace at this point. Fronts are still good to go.

+1 based on driving and cornering.

I drive a lot of highway and get 2 rears sets to 1 front set.
