Front passenger sensor

I have 2005 525i usa the front passenger seat mat sensor problem. And the airbag and seatbelt lights are on, I try to buy a BYPASS MODULE and I try to look for the black squar box under the front passenger seat and this all see pic (below pics ), Please help wheres the black squar box loca at? Thanks

Heres a link to what I did to fix it, anywho did you buy the right bypass sensor? Theres 2 types and since you have an oc3 mat (like me and most newer bmws) you have to get the bypass with 3 wires. The picture u took is of the actual mat sensor, what you have to do is unclip the head of it and cut it off and solder the bypass to the head so that u can plug that into the car instead of the oc3 sensor Just review the link below and the links within it and itll be clearer.
