Front-end alignment

I recently found a slash in a one of my rear Dunlop runflats and decided to replace them with Michelin Pilot A/S - what a difference in the ride, and this is just on the rear. Anyway, the place that replaced the tires mentioned that the front tires were seeing a lot of wear on the inner part of the tire and that BMW should realign the car. Have others had similar probelms. I've only got 13K miles on my 545, and would not expect this much wear so early!

I presume you've got the 275/35/18 tyres? I'm hearing conflicting stories about whether the 124 hubs can take non run-flats. Sounds fine to me!?
