Hello everyone, today I forgot to put my hand brake and the car moved a little and hit my garage door ... is it posible to take the dent on the bumper its real small but just below the middle of the grilles of my M tech. thankss

depends on the dent. Pics, to see the location, size, depth, paint damage of the dent? If the paint is not damaged it is possible to do. I recently had a ding the size of a tennis ball removed from my wifes bumper. The guy had a heat gun and some tools that looks similar to a PDR service's tools. Ding rolled right out. Try contacting a local PDR service and see if they repair bumpers as well or do they know of a service that does....
