Front brake discs rusting

@pinguhk, @AlexFW, @Ricracing,

You're all talking about the rust I marked with (1). I do understand that unprotected iron surfaces do rust. What I'm talking about is the rust at the edge of the disc(2). I was a bit surprised to see that there is a small rusty edge, which the brakes apparently do not reach. I would expect that the brakes would cover the whole facing surface of the disc

yes I know I have this too that is why you will get the mice sound some time.
I take out my pads every 6 months to chamfer it so it dose not rub on the sides.

When I painted my callipers I painted the disk too and it is ok now no rust.
Make shore you use the high temp. paint. There are silver 1s
