I have a new 5 series on the way from port and I am supposed to be getting the free premium package deal BMW corp is offering.

Does anyone know if the offer will still stand if, by chance, the car hits my dealer say July 1, 2 or 3? Need to know for sure what the deal is.

Thanks.

I'm not from NA but I'm thinkin: Why shouldn't it?
I mean, any agreements done at the time of the sale must stand regardless of time of delivery, right!?

I would read your purchase agreement that you signed. You can't assume anything unless you have it in writing.

By the way please list your location. "From in your car" could be anyplace in the world. We can be more helpful if one lists their location.

The devil is in the details - and there is no free lunch!

I'm not personally familiar with any BMWNA Promotions beyond the CPO and lease/finance offers. But, this is from the BMWUSA website:
A suite of premium benefits that is included at no cost with all BMWs for four years.
4 Years/50,000 Mile Warranty Included
4 Years/50,000 Maintenance Program Included
4 Years/Unlimited Mileage Roadside Assistance Included
4 years / Unlimited Mileage BMW Assist? Safety Plan

The formatting is mine ... The "Premium Package" when you build your car is a collection of trim upgrades (leather) and accessories like homelink dimming mirror, etc. Maybe a marketing guru is pushing "free". But, in my experience, when you do the math ... there will be (as I said in the opening) "no free lunch". These "free" offers usually reduce any discounts a skilled negotiator might get in closing the best deal.

At any rate, I'm sure you will enjoy your new BMW when it arrives.
