found oil on Manifold Adjuster (N52B30 E60)

My Ride: '06 530i, '07 C280 4matic, '98 ML320
Hi,
I removed manifold adjuster on my '06 530i to see if it's working properly. I found oil on the manifold adjuster. I am not sure if this is normal. On N52, manifold adjuster is located immediately above the Throttlebody. Take a look at the pictures below...
