fogged/misted headlight and fog light

Hi guys one of my fog lights is constantly fogged up regardless of weather or temp. Also get quite bad misting in a headlight. Is there a DIY fix for these problems and/or is it possible to get new units from anywhere other than BMW. Oh I'm in the UK by the way.
