FM radio reception sucks

The FM radio in my 08 528i absolutely sucks. Thinking of taking it in to the shop for a look (still under warranty). Anyone else have problems with the FM radio (I know many of you have problems with the AM radio). I live in San Diego, and radio comes in just fine in my other cars. In this one it is constantly fading out, it will be perfectly fine for a bit and then get so staticy that it's like you're going through a tunnel....then it will be fine again. Never had this problem with any other car. Suggestions?

Have the shop test FM reception in one of their cars and your car simultaneously to prove your point. Either you have a bad tuner or a bad FM antenna connection.
