How did this fly get in there? Even better, how do I get it out? It's dead and I just noticed it today.

lol i just noticed and insect in my turn signal as well recently. i remember my mom had a CREEPY looking huuuge spider that died in the tail light of her W211 E Class

I got one myself too. As such, we can conclude that insects are attracted to the beauty of BMW's tail light design. lol
