Where is this coming from! Has anyone experienced this? From the middle of the front passenger seat to the rear passenger footwell shall we call it, is filled with water.
I hope its a simple rubber molding replacement or somthing this is annoying! I've been looking for the source with no luck what so ever.

It could be coming from your moonroof. The drain plug may be clogged. Also check your trunk, especially the spare wheel well for water. The i-drive controller thingy is located there and if there's water..... the unit could short, costing you some serious $$$.

i already relocated them to the side of the trunk away from the center the first day I bought it. and i dry it but until it stops rainning this is doign no good! just keeps coming and nothing else is wet, no marks or dampness in the headliner, seats, no wet plastics a little condensation around the door seals on the bottom but no traces of it running in what a pain in the ass

The moonroof drains come down the a and c pillars... so if the drains are backed up, the water just over flows in to the trunk or the floor boards or spare tire wheel well.
Wagon owners are extremely paranoid of this issue. Also the head liner has like a diaper like device above it so if the seal fails on the roof the water is directed down the pillars again, you may never see a stain or water on the head liner but if the drain is blocked ( yet again) and you get 13" of rain in a week you can see where this is going....
I had a moat in the back end of my car after a tropical storm with "just" 6" or rain in 12 hours.
