"Flat Tire" error message when there is no flat tire
How do you get rid of the "Flat Tire" message? I'm driving and suddenly the warning appeared.
I checked the tires and they are fine, i even checked the tire pressure & provided a little additional air.
Its been 5 days.
How do you remove the message? thanks

You get the warning even if you have just one of the tires low on air. Make sure you set all the tires to proper and even pressure per OEM spec and do a reset in the i-drive.

All good advice!
Inflate all tires to spec. and reset your TPMS/FTM. If the issue returns, you may have a cracked rim. At least thats what happened in my case.

+1 I had the same issue. It was slow leak at first and I had to fill with air and reset idrive every 2-3 days. It got bad enough where I'd have to fill in air daily.
you guys rock! could it also be from the tire becoming deformed due to colliding with a curb, going over a solid object or bump on the roadway?
But you guys hit it right on the spot in regards to clearing the message
. I probably should get it check for deformation, leakage, flat, or even a nail stuck in there...... Thanks again!

What year is your car? The TPMS uses air pressure vs the TPM using wheel rotation monitored by the cars ABS on the 06 and older cars. If you curbed it bad I could see the ABS based system reading a flat.
