Fix 99% of all rattles

1) apply WD40 on a cloth and clean all your door seals both the ones on the door and the ones on the car body.

2) using the plastic straw that comes with the WD40 apply some between the rear seats and the parcel shelf
dont worry if you get some stains on the parcel shelf they soon dry out!!!

3) spray some WD40 under your seats. On the metal base that holds your seat in place.

4) apply some WD40 round the small vents on the dashbord that blow air on the side windows.

Then drive your car. You will not believe your ears.

Cheers and Merry Christmas to all

Spray silicone instead of WD40 should work also.

After all the WD40 one is so high, that no rattles can be heard

Can you show on a picture exactly where to spray the WD-40 between seats and parcel shelf?
Thanks

Markymark you spray the WD40 exactly between the rear seat and the parcel shelf (i.e were they meet and join up) and all the way across the length of the seat

My main dealer removed parcel shelf twice, rebuilt & changed all clips etc.. still the same

But I did notice that it was OK when there is a passenger in the back.

A pair of socks, pushed between the top edge of back seat & parcel shelf has finally fixed it!. A bit crude but it works!. Its a new car now. The problem sees to be where the plastic parts, seat belt housings & centre armrest housing, were in contact with seat/shelf.
