Hi Friends:
I did my first pass under 23.01.00 this morning. While not in my best 5 or so passes, the pass was pretty good considering that I have not made any serious attempts to get my car to learn how to behave given its new software. It's performance was a little subdued today relative to other recent warm-weather passes. I am looking forward to the upcoming cool weather/test season--although my car tends to make better weather and altitude adjusted passes in warmer weather. It was pretty warm today.
On the other hand, my car may not learn, and it may be as fast as it will get under the new software. Time will tell.
Your Density Altitude:
Air Temp 80.1 (?F)
Altimeter Setting 29.91 (in)
Dew Point 39.9 (?F)
Altitude 1600 (Feet)
Density Altitude 3441.6 (feet)
Your Adjusted Pass Results for Sea Level:
Density Altitude 3441.6 (feet)
Uncorrected ET 14.068 (sec)
Uncorrected MPH 100.56 (mph)
Corrected ET 13.481
Corrected MPH 105.013
Your Adjusted Pass Results for 500':
E.T. 13.481 (sec)
Trap Speed 105.013 (mph)
Measured DA 0 (feet)
Corrected to 500(feet) DA
Corrected ET 13.552 (sec)
Corrected Trap Speed 104.452 (mph)
Correction 0-60 5.069 (regression approach); 5.069 (Simplistic Approach)

Here are your data without all the extra stuff.
Density Altitude: -246.3'
Weather and Altitude Adjusted to 500':
1/4 time--13.496
1/4 speed--104.46
0-60--4.975
Good pass. Way to go. I'll update your best 5 adjusted for weather and altitude if needed. I am going to quit updating our raw data. It doesn't seem like very many are interested in the data. So, why bother???

0-60 under 5.0 Sweeeeeet. I can't wait to get back out with the So Cal Launch crew. grogan can you give a step by step regarding the brake torque? Are you using the hand/parking brake?
Also I'm about to schedule a service appointment to correct the issues I've been experiencing since CIP update 22.01. Do you think I should wait until 23.0? to do some runs?
Thanks
T.

We didn't have a Launch Meet on the 6th. Hollywoodtrash, brian1225, and I were tired from partying til the wee early morning hours. I just attempted a few launches on my own that morning. I'm still waiting for some 335s to join in. None so far. I'll be in LA the next two weekends so hopefully I can round up the troops for some cold weather launching.

Foot brake on(I do not use handbrake)
Bring revs up to 1000 rpm
Release brake and push gas to floor,I do not punch the gas but push it in one motion.I take about 1 second to get to full throttle.
Depending on weather and or traction I sometimes leave DTC/DTS on.I have as good results with controls on or off.
