2007 E60 550i Sport. I'm torn between 35% tint all the way around, angel eyes, and HID Fogs. Just want your thoughts
On another note, I was on EBay yesterday and the seller bmrparts is selling what is supposedly a Hammann Carbon Fiber front lip spoiler for around $250 has anyone bought and had this mod installed?

Totally disagree. First of all, 35% gives enough reduction of sun on the inside and looks really good from the outside. If you car has light interior, then 35% may look a bit too light. That being said, anything darker than 35% really impairs your ability to see well at night. If you got into an accident at night and tint was darker than the legal limits (which is usually 35% but varies state to state) then your ass would be in a whole lot of trouble and rightfully so.

As for the ebay hamann lip I heard good and bad. Sometimes the fitment sucks sometimes the fitment is good.

35% is too light, i had it on a previous car. i have 20% now and it is fine, though if you are in the country boondocks where there is poor lighting, sometimes you might find yourself rolling down your windows to see around corners and such. it is actually a very tolerable level of tint in the city though, day or night. i highly doubt any cops will care if you had 20% over 35%. 20% is not legal here either.
