My car was deliverd in IL, USA and it came with a First Aid kit. Only Warning triangle was missing and I ordered the one that fits in the tool kit. It' not DOT approved.

I actually have two: the one I kept from Euro Delivery and then the one that was waiting in the car when it was redelivered. Strangely the ED one is bigger. I've not unwrapped either to compare, maybe Europeans have bigger boo-boos.

I did ED and also have two: It was interesting to compare the two: The European version has a very large pair of medical scissors.

Yes, they do. I found that out at airport security. Amazingly they still let me carry it on

I have a first-aid kit too sans the triangle... But I dont think the warning triangle is standard equipment.
