Took a delivery of my E60 today, very exited.I will post some pictures later
Does any know, Idrive keeps promting me to activate the phone but my phone is not BT?
Also is there supposed to be RDS?
FYI - there is no seatbelt chime, do not know what version I have.

It should only prompt you if you hit the phone button on the steering wheel or go into the communications menu. Get a BT phone. I recomend the V3 RAZR
No seat belt chime??? Unbelievable.

No seatbelt chime? Did you actually drive around with the belt off or are you talking about when you're standing still?
You'll only get the chime after driving around for like around 15 seconds or so...

. regarding the seatbelt chime, i agree with rudy. either you or the passenger will trigger the chime if either one of you doens't wear seatbelt after 10-15 seconds driving.

Just got back from driving: it is unbelievable, but you guys already know that.
Could not upload the pictures, I'll give it another try tomorrow, to exited to do it now.
It seems to be that chime does go off after 15 sec of driving but then it goes away in about a minute or so. And this is totally different from the vehicle I test-drove originally, the chime was on standing and driving until we both buckled up.
