Thanks for all the kind words people!
And yes, I will write a longer description in a day or two when all the thoughts and first impressions have settled a bit
Interior pics are on the way!
Cheers

So I?ve now passed 1000km already and things get better and better.
The engine and autobox are aven smoother than before and shifts are so smooth its insane!
I?ve only driven pre-LCI E60?s with manual transmission so I can?t really say how big the difference is between "old" and "new" steptronics, but it is by far the fastest and smoothest auto I?ve ever driven.
Another thing that impresses me every time I drive the car is how quiet and comfortable the ride is, there?s hardly any noise from the tires at all.
The car has great cruising comfort as well as sharp and firm handling when you?re in the mood
I?ve been listening through quite a few CD?s to really try out the Hi-Fi speakers and the sound is super for all genres of music, treble and bass are clearly seperated giving clear playback even at high volumes. The Hi-Fi upgrade along with lumbar support are, in this context, cheap options that bring a great deal of extra pleasure to the overall experience.
Here are a few more pics!
