Finally Moving out of Michigan

I have just accepted a nice job offer in the Santa Fe area of New Mexico. 
I will be shipping my 550 as I don't want to live in it for 3 days and pile miles on it. Does anyone have any suggestions for reputable car shippers and advice on prep for this? I am guessing that I will still need my winter wheels as they have winter tool. Maybe I can lower it there?
