The dipping on the right side is probably due the the passenger side of the car being a tad lower to begin with. Where is it rubbing? You can rock the car up and down and if it doesn't rebound to a stop on the first time up and keep rocking then your shock is bad.

Also, the 5mm are totally useful. It still leaves part of the hubcentric lip exposed to mount a flat hubbed wheel fine. Unless you have a beveled hubbed wheel, then the 5mm spacer is useless.
If your car has been towed by someone who used chains instead of nylon, check springs. They are alum, and they break easily. Local service writer advised me to be careful about tow trucks that use chains. Supposedly, they break the springs all the time. Situation then results in lopsided vehicle.
