What's that BMW number your guys called for status?

800-831-1117, and say, 'vehicle product status' and your product or VIN #.

i just called the automated service at BMWNA.
They said the car is complete and awaiting transport, even though the owner's circle web site still says in production.

Does anyone know how we can find the status for our cars here in the UK? I sent an email to the dealer yesterday but haven't heard anything yet.

Owners circle still said "awaiting transport" when my car was already at the VPC according to the shipping company. Check here for US deliveries http://www.2wglobal.com

As listed in FAQ link, www.e60.net/faq/#pq5, clearly tells OC web info is much slower than NA automated message. I have same experience. Please try to get it by calling to BMWNA.

my experience was similar to Member545's, where the OC listed it as Awaiting Transport the day before it arrived at my dealer.

Just checked my status on BMWNA and it said 'your vehical was released to a carrier and is awaiting transport to the port of exit' Owners circle says 'produced not shipped'.

Fastest info comes from your sales rep, but my case, he is not such reactive and hard to keep contact.
Second best is to call BMWNA rep and ask him directly.
Third is BMWNA automated sytem.
Fourth, owners circle.
Bottom line, do not trust OC web info.
