Hey All
I have finally ordered my car
535xi with sport package, logic 7, premium, cwp, and park distance
They said 6 to 8 weeks
Alpine White and Natural Brown Interior
I have finally ordered my wheels
Enkreuz H8R with shiny silver and chrome lip
I am ordering them tomm from JLEVI if he gives me a good deal
I have decided to run 19x8.5 in front and 19x9.5 in the rear
What tires should I get without running into any rubbing issues plus
having enough tire bc NY roads are HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Any suggestions, comments, and feedback are much appreciated
I have posted a pic but its for the brushed aluminum
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME OPINION AND EXPERT ADVICE

Nice choice of wheels. I had general tires when i had 166 wheels, no rubbing issues whatsoever even with H&R sport springs. Why not get the 20's instead of 19's with Toyo tires.

What are the offsets of these wheels, front and rear? I hope they are high enough for the xi. I see they get used on the 3 series (E90/E91/E92/E93 and E46 M3 Offset), so I am guessing they should fit the xi. However, I can't find any actual ET figures online.

To keep with the same rolling diameter as OEM you should try:

245/35/19 Front
275/30/19 Rear

Anything bigger or smaller might throw off the speedometer. There are lots of different tire selections in those sizes. Also it really doesn't matter how much sidewall you have, if you hit a pothole hard enough it can bend the strongest wheels.

Since the wheels are custom, Enkreuz should manufacture the wheels to the proper offset for the XI. I have the H8R's in 20's for my 550i. The offsets are ET12 for the front and ET19 for the rear. I don't think that offset would work on the XI.

Check the offset before you buy them. The offset for the XI versus the I are completely different. The wheel company should know this and they should tell you if they are compatible with the XI.

I emailed Enkruez, and they emailed back stating that all of their wheels are custom made to order, so there is no "set" offset out on the retail market. They make you tell them you want.
