Re-reading the EXIF, it was 1/1.6 seconds. Possible thanks to Nikon VR, my lens claiming a 4 stop difference. Therefore = to 1/24 second with a normal lens. I braced myself and the camera in the back seat and still took about 3 shots to get it right.
