fault codes.....help

My Ride: e60 LCI 535d msport
just done a quick scan of the dde, i had a few like glow relay, glow plugs on cylinders 1,3 and 6, air meter, air sensor.
the air ones are because i disconnected the maf for a bit and drove around.
Cleared the codes and ran the check again, glow module comes back again. This is with the car running.
would it be the glow module it self or glow plugs?

what are you scanning with a BT or OBD?
what type of e60 do you have?
