Default Fault code 93f8

Just changed seats over cloth to leather, ignition was on at one point when seat was disconnected, all back in correctly, everything plugged in and no damage to any wiring but the driver's seat has a fault on the tensioner code is 93F8 resistence too high. Any one know what needs to be done to resolve? Tried resets blinks off then comes back on again, can't clear. Mobile diagnostic chat not sure how to resolve at present.

Resistance too high means enough current is not passing through. Check your connections clean, pull the wires look for corrosion. Just inspect everything, could even be a frayed wire.

Does the replacement seat have two tensioners (one on each side) or just one (on the "plug" side of the seatbelt)?

I have this problem because I changed cloth seat with two tensioners for a leather seat with one. So the "resistance too high" is because no current flows at all because there is no tensioner for it to flow through.

I was hoping I could fix by updating the Vehicle Order in NCS Expert but I can't get the software to run correctly as its meant for windows xp.

Has anyone had this issue and solved it?

SOLVED, issue was with driver's seat, replacement leather seat had no seat belt tension on the seatbelt anchor point near the B pillar, the old clothe seat did. I can't attach it to the leather seat as it's way too big, so i have connected it up and under the seat, cable tied it and cut off old seat belt reel, hope it make sense but that is why resistance was too high. Passenger seat did not ave 2 tensioners, only the one!!!??
